Shipping & Delivery

We do everything we reasonably can to get your order to you safely and in good time. Delivery happens in two stages: processing, then transit.

Order Processing — 1 to 3 Business Days

Before your parcel leaves us we:

confirm the order;
inspect each piece;
prepare any personalised or special-request item;
package everything securely for shipment.

Some orders need longer — particularly during peak seasons, promotional periods, or where an item is customised.

Delivery — 7 to 14 Business Days

This covers transit from our fulfilment centre to your delivery address.

All timeframes on this page are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on your location, local courier availability, customs clearance, public holidays and other circumstances we do not control.

What We Can and Cannot Control

Sumud Jewelry works with third-party carriers and international logistics partners. We make every effort to meet the estimates above, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, local postal services, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

During holidays, sale events and peak periods, both processing and delivery commonly take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.

By placing an order you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates, and that Summit Creative LLC is not liable for losses or inconvenience arising from shipping delays caused by third parties or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these charges or refund them.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours after that email for the tracking to become active, as carriers do not always scan a parcel immediately.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an address supplied incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur a further shipping charge.
